SEAMEO STEM-ED Centre on Friday 27 August 2021 organized a virtual webinar on Introduction to Program Effectiveness Research: A Lecture Series with an objective to understand the role of program effectiveness research within the academic, practice, and policy communities as well as to understand some “key shifts” in orientation that characterize program effectiveness research and the implications of these “key shifts” for the kinds of research that is conducted on program effectiveness.
